Carolyn Kolebaba - Reeve

Ward 1 - Harmon Valley / Reno

Elected Official - October 1998

Carolyn was elected in October 1998 and currently serves as a Councillor for Ward 1. Carolyn has worked for many years as a teacher’s aide in both Nampa and Peace River. Carolyn holds an Elected Officials Education Program (EOEP) Certificate of Achievement.

Darlene Cardinal - Deputy Reeve

Ward 6 - Cadotte Lake / Little Buffalo

Elected Official - November 2005

Darlene was elected to Council in a By-election in November 2005. She is an active member of the local Métis Association representing Cadotte Lake. She is a devoted mother and grandmother.
Darlene holds an Elected Officials Education Program (EOEP) Certificate of Achievement

Marie Dyck, Councillor

Ward 2 - Nampa

Elected Official - 2010

Marie was born and raised in the Nampa area and has been a resident in her ward since 1992. She is married to Dave and they have 3 children, Angela, Mark and Krystal. She also has 2 grandchildren, Ashley and Brandon. She has served as a volunteer on numerous committees since 1972 and has worked for several years in the pulp, lumber and grain industries.

Evens Lavoie - Councillor

Ward 4 - St. Isidore

Elected Official - October 2001

Evens has long since been a resident of St. Isidore with experience working in the community for the St. Isidore Co-op, Great Northern Grain and currently at Enterprise Mckay. Evens was elected to Council in October 2001.

Ricky Boucher, Councillor

Ward 3 - Marie Reine

Elected Official - October 2007

Ricky was elected as the Councillor for Marie Reine in 2007. Ricky brings with him experience in the forestry industry as a co-owner of Boucher Bros. Ltd. Ricky has thoroughly enjoyed his first term serving within municipal government.

Doug Dallyn - Councillor

Ward 5 - Three Creeks

Elected Official - October 2010

Doug & Merna are long time residents of the Three Creeks ward. Father and grandfather worked on the farm and in the oilfield.
