Land Use Bylaw InformationThe Municipal Government Act of the Province of Alberta requires that every municipality pass a land use bylaw. A land use bylaw is a planning tool that regulates and controls the use and development of all land and builidngs within the municipal boundaries. Northern Sunrise County is in the process of updating our Land Use Bylaw.
